Physiquetionary- a.ka. Physique 57 language decoded. What is a tuck, a pulse, a pretzel, neutral spine, and a c- curve.
This class follows the Physique 57 class format however will be geared toward the specific needs of the group
More time spent specifically on the ‘what and why’ this method is.
This class is paced slower than our Sculpt level class but we promise you will still get a great effective workout!
